  • Udyami is a special program launched by Steorra Jewels. It is designed for Resellers so that they can easily check for new products, trending designs and place orders easily in our integrated system with complete inventory management.
  • We at Steorra feel that one of the major issues which resellers face is the availability of the product that they are sharing in their respective groups. And once the order comes to their end from their customers they have to check if the product is available with the vendor or not.So Udyami is an answer to this.We will have proper inventory support for you. You can place the order at any time and do not have to wait for the answers from the vendors.
  • How will a reseller place orders?
    • Once a reseller recieve orders and want to place that with us.
      Step 1 - You have to log in to our website or mobile phone app from your registered email id.
      Step 2 - Choose the product and it’s quantity you want to book.
      Step 3 - Apply the Special Coupon Code we will give you for an extra discount.
      Step 4 - Choose your payment method and complete the payment.
      Step 5 - Your order is now placed.
      You will recieve a message with your order id and within 24 hours AWB / Tracking Id will be shared with you.
  • Are there any extra discounts for available for resellers?
    • Yes, each reseller will get an extra discount. The discount usually begins with 15% OFF and can be increased with time.
  • What are the shipping policies?
  • Can I do COD orders?
    • Yes, COD orders can be placed easily.
  • How and When will I be paid for COD orders?
  • Will my customer get to know about your website or brand name?
    • No , Steorra Jewels or Udyami will never be disclosed to your customer. No Tag or Branding of any sort will be done from our end.
  • What if my customer gets to know the brand name?
  • Are there any other benefits of becoming a reseller with Steorra?
  • Can Steorra help me to increase my sales?
  • What is the minimum sales required to remain an Udyami?
    • There is a minimum sales bracket to remain with us. You need to book atleast 15 orders on monthly basis to be connected with us and avail these benefits.
